Join me on a 6-week journey in Positive Neuroplasticity to override the brain's negative tendencies and tap the hidden potential of everyday experiences.

Due to our brain's negativity bias — we've evolved to learn quickly from bad experiences, and slowly from good ones. This leaves us feeling more stressed, anxious, lonely, irritated, and inadequate than we need to be. 

The good news is that we can change this with practice.

Based upon the original work of Dr. Rick Hanson, you'll learn tools and practices that help you to build new neural structures that promote joy, confidence, motivation, and inner peace.

COURSE DETAILS:

When: Begins Saturday October 5, 2024 at 8am PT

Length: 6 weeks. 

Time: Class meets once per week on Wednesdays and includes two Saturday sessions (October 5th from 8am-11am PT, and November 16th from 8am-11am PT).

  • 2 60-minute live group coaching calls with Joshua and other coaches to discuss integrating principles and practices into coaching (note: calls will be recorded).

  • One 1x1 45 minute coaching session with Joshua where you can discuss a personalized approach for integrating the practices into your daily life

  • 25 Core Competency CCEU’s (International Coach Federation)

  • 9 Resource Development CCEU’s (ICF)
