Positive Neuroplasticity Training
Join me on a 8-week journey in Positive Neuroplasticity to override the brain's negative tendencies and tap the hidden potential of everyday experiences.
Due to our brain's negativity bias — we've evolved to learn quickly from bad experiences, and slowly from good ones. This leaves us feeling more stressed, anxious, lonely, irritated, and inadequate than we need to be.
The good news is that we can change this with practice.
Based upon the original work of Dr. Rick Hanson, you'll learn tools and practices that help you to build new neural structures that promote joy, confidence, motivation, and inner peace.
COURSE DETAILS:
When: Begins Friday February 21, 2025 at 9am PT
Length: 8 weeks.
Time: Class meets once per week on Fridays. The first and final weeks (February 21st and April 11th will be 3 hour sessions, 9am-12pm PT). All other classes will be 2 hours, from 9-11am PT.

2 60-minute live group coaching calls with Joshua and other coaches to discuss integrating principles and practices into coaching (note: calls will be recorded).
