Engaging in the creative process is not always easy. Doubt and uncertainty often show up. How can we rise to meet these moments? We will look at practices that can support our ability to stay with it when it’s hard.

Learning to let go opens up the possibility for flow, and the realization of our creative potential. This is the final practice.

WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?
The challenge is intended to be experienced over 5 consecutive days, however all practices are recorded and are available on-demand so you can work through them at whatever pace best supports your learning.
The content is designed to be brief (between 5-20 minutes per day), and includes recorded talks and guided practices.

A 28-day experiential learning journey featuring bite-sized daily practices intended to foster the calm, clarity, courage, and connection to pursue what matters most in life, work, and love.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Over the course of 28 days you will be invited to pause, reflect, and engage in daily guided practices that focus on growing strengths of calm, clarity, courage, and connection.
Joshua has carefully curated some of the best tools and insights from his experiences hosting The Courageous Life podcast, teaching meditation, and studying positive psychology to design and create powerfully original content.
Over the course of the challenge you will be exposed to a rich blend of storytelling, research-backed insights, and practices to support you in the ongoing practice of living well, and finding the courage to do so.

Originally designed to unfold over 28 days this practice experience is broken into 4 themed weeks.
